Bio:: jinsoo terry is a motivational speaker, multicultural expert, author, and rap artist. she emigrated from korea to the united states in 1985 with little money and limited english skills. through many years of hard work and perseverance she rose to become a senior executive in a successful multi-million dollar american company.
as an extension of her motivational speaking and wanting to add another exciting dimension into her presentations, jinsoo began to incorporate music.
the reception she received encouraged jinsoo to embrace rap music as a means of communicating her message to all people. music transcends all boundaries, and jinsoo’s music, which she labels ‘super hip-hop’, resonates well within all cultures. her songs especially speak to youth on subjects such as overcoming adversity, cultural and gender boundaries, and prejudice. in addition her work focuses on building self-confidence and encouraging people how to go from the ordinary to the extraordinary.
